How are you going to prevent people from sharing pictures with each other,
be it online or simply by making copies for them?
The simple fact of the matter is that you can't.
Yes, there are such things as release forms in the professional world, but
what we're talking about falls into the category of casual sharing with a
few (thousand) friends.
Which reminds me, I need to download the pictures from my camera, put them
on my Picassa page for most of my family members to see, and send them to
Walgreens to be printed for my mother, who is not connected.
