Interesting question with some great suggestions so far. I like the idea o=
f
having a Google Doc that people can collaborate on.
I wanted to share another idea that we have had recent success with. We
went through a process that allowed us to effectively share conference
takeaways through our own professional development day. This professional
development day took place the day before students returned from winter
break, and was built into our school calendar. The schedule for the day and
topics were created based on ideas that faculty brought back from
conferences.=20
This gave us the opportunity to ask faculty to present and facilitate
discussions on topics that they brought back from a recent conference. Othe=
r
faculty really benefited from hearing what the presenter learned at the
conference, and then the group was able to discuss how it applies to our
school and if/how we should implement it here. Additionally, faculty reall=

enjoyed learning from their colleagues.
I hope that helps and am happy to provide you with more info if you=B9d like.
