Michael Soguero, Director of Professional Development at Eagle Rock School
and Professional Development Center. Our organizations mission includes the
public purpose of having an impact on secondary education nationally.
Therefore, my role is 70% working with public schools around the country in
a coaching/consulting role and 30% is driving internal professional
development at Eagle Rock School.
Eagle Rock is both a school for high school age youth and a professional
development center for adults, particularly educators. The school is a
year-round, residential, and full-scholarship school that enrolls young
people ages 15-17 from around the United States.
