We had our website content management software (www.esxinc.com) built an
on-line conference scheduling module. I send out reminders to each
teacher to create their calendars for conferences. When teachers
completed their calendars, I sent out an email inviting parents to
schedule their conferences through the parent portal on our website. You
can see up to 5 teacher calendars at one time. Teachers and division
heads receive an email alert when a parent schedules the conference.
Parents are able to schedule, cancel and reschedule appointments.
Teachers are able to view their conference schedule any time. It works
great.
We also use the same scheduling module for prospective parents to
schedule tours of our school.

We are a three division school that periodically has parents in for
conferences with teachers. Currently, parents call the division office
and schedule meetings with the office assistant. It's time-consuming
and unwieldy, and is a source of regular frustration to our office

get some leads from the collective experience of our group. Anybody
