We are a three division school that periodically has parents in for
conferences with teachers. Currently, parents call the division office
and schedule meetings with the office assistant. It's time-consuming
and unwieldy, and is a source of regular frustration to our office
assistants. =20

I know there are web-based solutions to this problem, and I'm hopeful to
get some leads from the collective experience of our group. Anybody
using a web site that works well?
