In our school we separate printers, projectors, servers and all other missi=
on critical devices on different subnet from student's and have an access-l=
ist placed on the router that physically prevents students from connecting =
to these devices.

Subject: Question re: wireless projectors
Good morning,=20
We have several NEC VT 800 wireless projectors. Our problem is that some
students have learned to send a shutdown command to the projector through
the web interface, which, we're told, can't be password protected. this
little practical joke is annoying for our teachers.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
Thanks,
Brenda
