After years of work with Safeware (and a few others) I have abandoned those
separate insurance programs. Now, I will only purchase devices that come
with manufacturer accidental damage protection, such as ThinkPads. It
streamlines the helpdesk program SO much and, if you are a self maintainer,
it is a revenue generator and the turn around time is so much better, it is
like night and day.
