JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY
Immediate opening. inRESONANCE, Inc. is expanding again and seeks =20
qualified candidates with a desire to work with independent schools =20
and travel across the US and around the world. This client-facing =20
position is responsible for implementing administrative data solutions =20=
and training clients to use them effectively. The job requires system-=20=
wide thinking and creative problem solving as you work with clients to =20=
identify administrative data needs and solve data management problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct on-site implementation of inRESONANCE administrative solutions.
Assist in client support of deployed solutions.
Assist with creation and maintenance of user documentation.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in independent schools or non-profit environment
A background in teaching=97formal or informal
High technical ability
Admission, Development or Registrar Office experience helpful
A demonstrated ability to train non-technical people how to use software
The ability to work cooperatively with other members of a team
The ability to meet deadlines, work independently and under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability and desire to travel nationally and internationally throughout =20=
the year with heavy travel during summer months
Helpful is candidate is willing to live near Western Mass but not =20
required
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
A working knowledge of FileMaker Pro 8.5 or 9 or other database =20
platform. (Developer level skills not required.)
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
The ability to support your own computer use.
