Re: Help Desk

We are currently using a product by a company called Schooldude. I was
not impressed by the name of their product but after rolling it out last
January I must say that I am very pleased. Things aren't nearly as
customizable as our old homegrown system but we have found that it fits
the majority of our needs. It was very easy to set up the way we wanted
things to be. I like the routing features and the ability to do advanced
searches. Their support is top notch which is a huge plus. We have had
zero downtime using their product.
