http://youcanbook.me/. It's worked really nicely for us as presenters can
book their preferred presenting time and it goes right into a Google
Calendar, which is then published here:
http://www.globaleducationconference.com/schedule.html. Users can check out
sessions in their own time zones and add selections to their own Google
Calendars.
If you want to see what the user end looks like, take a look at this link:

want to sign up to moderate sessions in this monster of an online
conference. :)
I believe there is a small fee for youcanbook.me, and also if you are a
Google Apps school, you might want to look at some of the add-ons available
in the Google App Marketplace. I believe Zoho has one and there are other
project management apps available as well.
