Re: Feedback on Polyvision eno boards?

I heard that one downside of the Polyvision is that the pen uses bluetooth
which may interfere with your wireless network. There was a story about a
teacher's bluetooth enabled phone disrupting her wireless printing.

The upside of the Polyvision is that installation is easy, you don't need a
long USB cable to reach your computer, and the board can act as a
whiteboard. The Promeathen is similar to Smart Board in that you can't write
on it.

The wireless version of the Smart Board has been unreliable from what I
heard. I tried out one wireless setup, but I returned it because it was not
reliable.

Mimio also uses wireless in the 2.4GHz range, but it does not use bluetooth.
It is interesting in that is cheaper than other products, and it allows you
to use your existing whiteboard.

I plan to test drive the Mimio and the Polyvision before deciding which one
to purchase more.
