Apologies in advance for the non-tech question:
If your school has "open" dances -- where your students are permitted to =
bring a guest who doesn't attend your school -- do you require some sort =
of "guest permission slip" to be filled out in advance, acknowledging =
student/family responsibility for guest adherence to school rules, etc.? =
Any reason (besides logistics) NOT to require such a form?
Additionally, if you do require such a slip and have a copy accessible, =
would you be willing to share it?=20
