on our classes. We add extra chairs to accomodate for them. Some teachers
plan interactive lessons to involve parents, but it is not a requirement.
During lunch time, we run some facilitated parent sessions on a variety of
topics (homework, understanding ERB scores, etc.)
We have a Grandparent's day with a more structured schedule that has them
going to 3 or 4 classes and then a brunch with a program of student
presentations (e.g. choir, band, etc.)
