Hi!

I guess I'm just not seeing this, Norman. Maybe I'm kidding myself,
but I really don't think our students see school as irrelevant. I will
concede that some aspects of our program and our courses don't grab
them as much as others, but part of our job is to ensure there is a
solid reason behind all we do that meets actual needs of actual
students, and help them see why we are doing what we do.

And at any rate, even if one does agree that school is irrelevant (or
fast becoming so) to the students, the question remains, we are the
ones who make up these schools, therefore we are the ones who are
implementing this irrelevance - so what are we actually doing about
it, and what should we be doing?
