Welcome to the group! I'm glad to hear you want to go into teaching,
and that you are preparing well in advance. This is listserve is a
great resource. Many of us also belong to ISENET, a social networking
site for independent school educators at isenet.ning.com.
I would suggest that, besides online resources, you also start looking
through some books on teaching, develop and make contacts (both for
job possibilities and for support), observe a few classes here and
there, maybe audit a course somewhere. If you tell us what subject(s)
and level(s) interest you, we may have some suggestions for all of the
above.
