We have tried a few products for bandwidth and content control. This
past year we selected 8e6 and found their proxy blocking to work well.
I agree that you will lose the battle if you try to go at it alone. It
is worth the time and money to invest in a subscription
service/appliance such as 8e6 or Deep Nines.
