Re: Websites

> 1) Do you use a web-hosting company? If so, what company?
We're in the process of developing a new site with FinalSite
(www.finalsite.com). We have done our own up to this point, and hosted it as
well.

With FinalSite, we're still responsible for the content of course. I will
(or a member of my team) handle all the technical issues. I am also leading
the design effort on this end. We consider our website to be more of an
external relations thing, so a soon-to-be added Public Relations person in
our Advancement Office will oversee all updates to the site on a day-to-day
basis. From there, content updating tasks will be delegated out, with the PR
person overseeing it all.

It comes out of our technology budget, which covers all campus technology.
The initial cost was covered by a grant from a donor who wanted to help us
improve our technology across the board.

If there's any additional info that I can provide, let me know.
