Currently we have separate data bases for our summer camp and afterschool programs. We are possibly looking to tie them in our Blackbaud systems.
In speaking with a BB rep, they do not have any specialized module, but recommend using the registrar module and create a separate school for the summer camp that has its own schedule and enrollment and classes.
Are the any current Blackbaud schools using this method for your "external" programs. If so can we speak with you about your experiences?
