We are working on our emergency plan and noticed that we don't have a
solid plan in place for a mass (probably chaotic) "checking out"
students to their parents or carpools. How does your school plan on
keeping track of who picks students up if you have to evacuate your
building or your site? We are planning a scenario where the power is out
and the network is down. I worry that if parents and carpool drivers
start showing up and taking students, that we will not be able to
account for them all.=20
