summer and ISED-L

Dear All,

Planning to be away from e-mail and ISED-L this summer?

Please consider suspending your subscription. It's easy to do and prevents
list readers from getting your Away messages with each post; list managers
are also spared many error messages from full conferences and other such
digital static.

Here's how to suspend and resume delivery (note the address is *not* the
one you'd use to post):

Send a message to listserv@listserv.syr.edu with body

SET ISED-L NOMAIL

To resume the delivery of ISED-L postings, do the same thing, except the
body of the message should be

SET ISED-L MAIL

If you are retiring, moving on to a high paying corporate job in the
business world, or going off the grid to live the simple life, signing
off the list permanently is easy, too.

Here's how:

Send a message to listserv@listserv.syr.edu with body

SIGNOFF ISED-L

On behalf of the co-managers, best wishes for a rejuvenating summer and
thank you for your many thoughtful contributions to ISED-L.
