Subject: Archiving email and limiting attachment size

As we begin to pin down our email archiving plan, the size of attachments
(both incoming and outgoing) is a concern.

We are thinking about limiting attachments to 7MB.

Anyone using FirstClass already have a way to limit the size of
attachments?

Second item - length of time to keep the archived emails: 7 years. Is this
too long?
